Round 2 and even more shocked on the front nine, not sure I have EVER been under par on this course WITH aids. Back nine had a few issues, but all in all can't be too disappointed at +1.  |

I started playing my rounds at Augusta yesterday. A swing glitch appeared out of nowhere lol. I could pull back on my thumbstick 4 to 5 times and the club wouldn't move. This made it very hard to get any type of rhythm or tempo. So I dealt with that the entire tournament. I shot +17 in R1 and finished at +35. I discovered the issue after the tournament. I have always played wired with this game. About a month ago I tried wireless and didn't have any issues until Augusta. I thought it was a server issue or another glitch from 2k. I plugged the USB cable back in after the tournament and the problem went away. Before the glitch I was shooting anywhere from +2 to +8 in practice rounds.  |

Highlight of my R1: Hit a beautiful drive on 13 to curl just around the trees on the left. Stuck a 3H to 15 feet and eagled. Went around Amen Corner at -3 with a par-birdie-eagle. Lowlight of my R1: Three doubles and a triple. The worst was a double on 15. Hit a nice drive to the right side of the fairway. Hit another 3H on to the green a little short and to the left of the hole. The ball stayed where it stopped for just a second, then rolled back down into the rough by the water. Should have flopped from there, but I chipped. Four times. And from the same spot, as each chip rolled up on to the green and right back down to my feet. GW: not even close. PW: closer but still not enough. 9I: Yes! No, wait. Back down the hill again. 9I with a little extra roll: stopped 3 feet past the hole. Putt in for a 7. Rude words. Second on PS4 at +4 after R1 Nice shooting Jeff! Keep it going! |

Hit it long on my approach and three putt to start the my first round. After that was done, an "oh crap" went off in my head. You can't leave the ball above the hole, this is freakin Augusta here! I learned my lesson... a lot in this one. No highlights here. That was an old fashioned @ss kickin. Onto the Second Round, hopefully a little better   |
