Season 3 will be in the new game - PGA2k21. We are close to ending season 2 - and there will be a bit of time between the seasons because of the new game. In this break - I think we can run stand-alone tournaments in USE from week to week until we are ready to start our next season in the new game. But we need to prepare and make a schedule for the season. And it is great for everyone to be involved in choosing the courses and tournaments for the schedule. This will be a place to gather the courses we would like to see in the coming season. Played a particular good course? Let us know Courses will be able to port over to the new game. That means that designers must port them over - so we may encounter that courses has not been ported over. I am confident that the top designers of RCR's will port them over, but adjustments may be needed on the schedule should it happen that it is not ported over or remade in the new game. My suggestion is for us to gather a list of great courses and what we would like to see - and then LKeet6 will do the hard work and fit it all into a proper schedule.

My vote would be for @sirwade 's Mauna Kea to kick off season 3 (if he ports it over to the new game)

I pretty much don’t play other than here and TST occasionally so I’m no resource on new courses, but I’ll go back through this seasons event posts and find the courses that people posted positively about.
I’ll come back to this post and update it with a list 👍

My vote would be for @sirwade 's Mauna Kea to kick off season 3 (if he ports it over to the new game) GCSinsane just posted this on the Mauna Kea course thread. He lives in Hawaii and plays the course often. This makes me feel great about the course. 6 hours ago via mobile SirWade59 likes thisQuotelikePost OptionsPost by gcsinsane on 6 hours ago Gave it a playthrough tonight.. most of the holes are definitely recognizable right of the bat but a lot of your elevation changes are a little off, in most cases it's a lot more severe in real life. A few of the dog legs were at the wrong spot and a lot of the slopes lining the greens and fairways were kinda off too.. but all in all for never seeing the course in real life u did a pretty good job recreating it, definitely enjoyed my playthrough. 4 stars from me..

I have never ported a game before so hopefully it isn't too difficult lol. I am currently working on the Mayakoba Classic at El Camaleon. I just started it yesterday so I will see how it goes. This is the course that we didn't rate to high earlier this season. Hopefully I can do a better job on it. I created the cave bunker on hole 7 but with the rocks there is nothing that will cover them. I tried greens, fairways, rough and heavy rough.

The version we played was not realistic, so I have no doubt you will do a better job Wade For that bunker - I would try to use retaining walls to get the rough edge close to the bunker, and then use the most vertical rock you can find and place it outside the walls and covering the walls.

I’ll come back to this post and update it with a list 👍 Our idea for a "minimum" response from people was just to list 3 or 4 courses they loved and would definitely want to see again, so that's fine mate 👍 Also potentially any vetoes. Pretty much the entire schedule this season was well received and often any issues were down to settings (eg greens to fast, obvs,) so we don't need too many new courses. Obviously some variety would be nice, and the majors will all be different courses and, as has been said, some might not be ported over; so we'll add a few and then play it by ear to see which courses have been ported.

Thanks Anders, I will give it a try I’ve never used the designer but could you hide the rocks with plants that looked rough-like? Thanks Ray, I tried putting grass on top and some plants but it wouldn't cover the rocks completely. If it would let me put some rough over the rocks I could make it look nice. I used Anders suggestion just now and this is about the best I can do with the tools we have. You can't see them but there are retaining walls under the rocks all around the bunker. It's probably best I don't go a cave anyway. As quirky as this game is sometimes. Someone would hit a shot in the cave an not be able to get out lol.

Fishers Island Club (LiDAR RCR) (by bspetty24/Brian Petty) (Very nice 5* links course with some spectacular views. It’s a short course but can be tricky in the wind. Greens roll true. Scored -10 (62) in my round there.) (Designer notes & pics: Fishers Island)

Hi gents! I’ll be back playing (and designing) once the new game drops, will also let you know when courses are ported over which could be a little while if there are loads of new tools at my disposal to improve the existing designs. If there are any of my courses that you guys really like and want to be prioritised just let me know.
Looking forward to catching up with all of you for the new game
