Many here complain about their putting but it's has been my strongest asset in this round, have got the pace and feel for these greens this week. Holed some great putts all over 15 foot for birdie and par, that hole just starts to get bigger when you hole a few. Totally had the read and the pace this round, a couple of long range lip outs and burned the edges on quite a few even on those big downhillers. Really nice course with challenging greens that are not tricked up and easy to read. Really enjoyed it Alright, alright, don't rub it in mate!

You and Art totally outplayed me tee to green in round 2, I holed some really good putts including 2 really difficult big breaking putts from the right. Really nice course again Anders, feels so realistic to me and loving the greens not just because the putts are dropping but because they feel natural. Seemed like if a putt didn't go in it burned the edge, loved the design of the greens and good pin placements When the Corona-situation gets normal, you can come to Norway and play this course. I play there several times each year, and it is the best course near where I live. It is also not stupid expensive to play This was the second course I did in the designer, and the only thing that really strikes me now are the fairway to green transitions that should be smoother. I would also have made the forest around the 17th and 18th more dense (you don't find your ball if you hit in there). The forest in the area of 3-8 is not that dense, so the feel in that part is very realistic. Just for information, the club has made announcement that they are planning to change the 18th hole, and move it down towards our big lake MjΓΈsa (which is in play on the 17th). I am not thrilled with this - I think the 18th as it is now is a superb par 5 closing hole. Would love to play golf in Norway, hopefully my society will do a trip there in the future. We do have Valderrama coming up as we are doing the Ryder Cup courses in Europe π.

Not rubbing it in mate, I probably have more experience on no grids greens than every other member here. Been playing without grids since the beginning of TGC1, hopefully I have a feel for them by now π

Final round went out with andersnm and Tuffguts and really had my work cut out for me. Hung around for about 11 holes when a chrip there got me tied with Tuff and one shot back of Anders. But Anders had a nifty iggle on 15 and Tuff was, well, tough as he chirped 5 of the last 7 holes. I did get the last laugh with the chirp on 18, but all that gets me is first stool at the bar and buying the first virtual round. Highlight of the round was this putt on nine for the long distance chirp: Can't be too unhappy with finishing -8 for the event. Congrats to all those who win their flights here. Onward!

Nice to see how close we are on the PC leaderboard. If you keep putting good in the coming rounds, you should be in a good spot to beat my score Paul You outplayed me this week Anders, very poor final 2 rounds from me.Really struggled on the front 9 this week.

Front nine is the toughest also IRL, 2nd and 3rd are hard. I had 90% GIR and fairways and I also usually was inside 15 feet. So my putter was my weakness this week, and no problems tee to green with one exception on the 5th on the final round. Will be interesting to see how my fairway and gir stats will be in the coming weeks. New controller compared to the old feels almost like cheating with how easy it is to hit straight.

I said this before , how loose your controller gets really contributes to the difficulty of hitting it straight. Was also convinced that your problems hitting it straight were down to the 360 controller that you use . We are on an even playing field now, I am looking forward to the challenge now each week from you sir

We are on an even playing field now, I am looking forward to the challenge now each week from you sir I have thought it always was a good challenge. Missing is part of golf. I compensated 20-30 yards to the side, and even more in wind and on side-lie. On some holes, that was problematic due to trees etc. To hit straight, and perhaps miss by max 4 yards is a completely different world. Even better tempo as I don't have to focus on path at all. And, I have not got the absurd bouncing back on the line that resulted in a push - so I think that was also a 360 issue.

Sorry fellows too late to play my rounds this week, just seem to have lost some motivation with the CORONA VIRUS LOCKDOWN its getting me down all the gloom and doom on every news broadcast.
I will be back next week, if I can cheer myself up a bit.
