wow andersnm it is so reassuring to me to know that someone else is having the exact same problem as I am!
It seems once I miss like this once, it gets in my head, and then I concentrate too hard and miss more because of that.

Never had this problem but have always hit a pretty fast forward putting stroke in all these games. Maybe a good practice is to make sure you hit the plastic on the controller or in your case josia just push the mouse forward faster the same as every other shot you hit.Like I said you can't hit it too hard as there is no putting tempo.

That is a great suggestion, thank you!
I will try that. Its a lot easier said than done. In addition to remembering to not hesitate, and be smooth yet decisive, I have to remember to hit it straight. When I don't concentrate, I tend to hit from 5 o'clock to 11 o'clock, and on a short putt, that makes it just as bad.

Season 3 Week 2: The Greenbrier final leaderboard PakaLoLo 77 make it 2 wins in the first 2 two tournaments at The greenbrier with a fine performance on a tough testing course. His +4 beats Sosigis and woody2718 by 1 stroke. Low round of the week is a fantastic 67 by woody2718 in round 3. Shot of the week this monster drive of 375 yards by Al that ricochet's off a tree and rolls 70 yards down the cart path    |

When I don't concentrate, I tend to hit from 5 o'clock to 11 o'clock, and on a short putt, that makes it just as bad.

Yeah, I hate that it gets in my head. Usually my next putt is a gross overcompensation and my rare 7-foot birdie attempt turns into snowman. 😡 And polekatt/josia, it is a little comforting knowing that others are having the same problem. 😀 But I hope we all get it figured out sooner rather than later! |

Happening to me as well! I have to really concentrate on 3 and 4 ft. putts now lol. Very frustrating getting on the green in regulation and then 3 or 4 putt. I'm getting better but not there yet. |

And I do that too. I missed a 5 inch putt for eagle yesterday doing this and then missed the 4ft return for birdie. Gotta be switched on all the time with this game! |
