-1 in rd2 and +1 in rd3, it’s tough out there but no more than a US Open course, if you get above the hole you are in deep trouble! The issue is some greens slope back to front and some go front to back and others go side to side haha! The designer has put a few on steep slopes too so it’s a real challenge! Good luck

They’re just very near them - on some you are coming over ridges with the hole 1ft over the crest and if you go 6 inches past you’re off the green and if you’re 6 inches short you don’t make the Ridge! They are just a tad too quick with these slopes and pins but I still enjoyed it. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea though

thought to myself this is OK until I 4 putted the 3rd hole after nearly holing for birdie. Grrrrrr I repeated this on another green, can't remember which hole it was but I managed to control myself and finished quite well to finish 6 over...

Wow this one's causing people problems eh?!
I've played it a couple of other times in tournaments and scored well on it, but that was with all the aids obvs. Shows what a difference it can make!

Thought I’d dropped shots on the field on the greens, looks like I may have actually picked up some shots. Think I had 2 x 3putts and the stupid 4putt from 3m, apart from those I went ok.
Out of action again for a day or two, looking forward to getting out there tomorrow hopefully 👍

This should be an interesting week. Played round one and fell far short of gavlaar124 (don't remember my score but was +4 on the front). It appears like there is room to improve and catch the leaders. Should be fun over the remaining rounds.

Round 2 and, despite the howling wind, I managed to improve slightly. +2 for the day. +6 halfway through.
Onward!

not going so well this week, really struggling on the greens for some reason. Enjoying the grind though, its not all about birdies this week but trying to make pars.

Argh, 2 holes in my second round have destroyed my tournament. Battled away in round 1, every time I got a birdie or some solid pars, I'd ruin it with a bogie. Was attacking the final few holes and ruined it again, BUT hit an absolutely perfect approach on the last for a tap in eagle to save my round. Then felt like I was playing great 2nd round, but had a disastrous (all my fault) double on a par 3, and then a calamitous triple (bad luck, kind of) in one of those situations where you're buried in bushes, trees in front of you, can't see what you're doing, took me 4 shots to get to the green. Was under par for the tournament for stretches of that round, but ruined it I'm not in a terrible position overall, but struggling for motivation to finish after that...

Just knocked 'em all out. Went -4, -7, -3, -3 for -17 overall. Didn't do worse than a bogey which I was thankful for. Short game around the greens was above my average....2 or 3 nice chip ins. I think a couple of downhill putts rolled off the green but managed to recover. Knowing the drive lines was critical which is why I played all 4 rounds in 1 hit. Had some nice long putts as well. Good luck all.

What more motivation do you need than trying to finish above me in the rankings table 😜. Played my first round on Monday after 1 too many beverages 🍺. Played really shiiiiite a disaster of a round, definitely a course you need your A game especially putting. Playing for pride the next 3 rounds 💪
