That first round had to be the round of my SIM life...-6. Eagle on the 1st par 5 was nice, but flopping a deep rough shot for another eagle was a fluke for me. I'm worried what round 2 will pay me back for this luck. Great first round this week and good to see you back Nina đź‘Ť Thank you Hammers1man!

Not bad...finished -8 for the tourney. -6 +1 -2 -1
Great course selection, and not because I scored well. Really nice setup!

I think I went something like -6/-7/-7/-11 for -31. I finally got my first USE ace on the first par 3 in rd4, can’t remember if it’s hole 2 or 3. It’s so anticlimactic though as you hear the crowd groan like you just missed....then it cuts to the scoreboard. Why can’t they have the crowd cheer when you get a hole out? Stupid, lol. On a sidenote, I finally shut the idiot announcer off. I don’t know what took me so long...I like it being more suspenseful. Plus how many times can I hear “this.could.be.the shot folks” on a putt only for it to miss at the last second. Or “looking gooooood” and it ends up 30 feet away. No John, contrary to what you say I actually do NOT like that shot.

Just want to say what a superb design the par 3 8th is. Huge green from an elevated tee, that hole plays so differently from different pin positions.

Been begging putting it forward every year to play the Befry again. We played Cetic Manor 2010 a few years ago and Forest of Arden last year a course that used to host the British Masters and English Open, cracking course with a superb back 9. The Grove which Tiger won its maiden event and hosted the British Masters a couple of years ago is only 15 minutes from where I live, would love to see an RCR of it. Paddy's RCR of Mill Ride is only a 30 mile drive from me also, will put in a request to put that on my societies tournament schedule for next year.

Yay Baconator!

The food is also pretty good there. I took our cricket club society there and in the summer it’s about £45-50 a head with bacon rolls, 18 holes and then dinner afterwards

Really lovely course in superb condition, my society had to play it on a Friday but £70 a head with breakfast is superb value for the quality of the course.

Season 2 Week 24 Results in from the Garmin Noregian Cup at the beautiful and very scenic Bjaavann GK UncleVirt hits a fantastic -40 to win by 9 strokes from booze2407 on -31,Tuffguts takes third on -26. Correct me of I'm wrong but I think we have 2 mouse users in the top 3 . Low round this by this weeks champ 57 (-15), very nice shooting. Well played everyone this week, we had some great scoring. Up next The BMW PGA Championship at the West Course Wentworth.
