Yea, I'm not going to write down a bunch of rules to keep track of. Freak'n game is hard enough for me with aids on, let alone turning them off and then adding a bunch more rules on top of that. I'll play the the way I always have and if that's not good enough, so be it. But that is not what USE is about. It’s about no aids or convoluted game mechanics. As close to golf as possible. No follow cam, no chipping in bunkers, no unrealistic splash-shots are core to the society.

Yep, and I'm good with all that. To the best of my knowledge, there's never been an issue with the way I play.
As a matter of fact, I take it a step further and won't use anything but a LW/SW for bunker splash shots. In my meager opinion, those are the only clubs that stand to have the correct bounce and grind to execute the shot.
No issue with no chipping out of bunkers, but, what about flops out of greenside bunkers? I personally think it's a more realistic shot than the pitch shot (in game), but if that's taboo, let me know.
As for the pitch shot, is it ruled out entirely, or just beyond a certain distance and/or club?
Shot feedback - if it's optional, I prefer to have it on. Should I ever break par, I'll consider turning it off. If that's a deal breaker, so be it.

I can already tell by feel sometimes when I’ve hit the shot right, even before I see the result. It’s weird. I eventually turned off shot feedback in TGC2019; I expect I’ll do the same here.

Should yardage be on carry or total? I've been using carry but just wondering.

I want hb/2K to make the left trigger button in the book view zoom out like the practice green, and the right trigger zoom in. The left shoulder button should toggle a green grid on and off in the book view. The right shoulder button should keep its current function of toggling between hole and green view.
The right analog stick should be able to Pan all over the book map with no edge boundaries.

Great suggestions Jeff, if it only were that simple for them to implement. The one thing I miss the most from 2019. Is when you check the green, it showed whether it was for example, 2 ft up or 2 ft down etc. Very helpful when playing approach shots to certain spots on the green. I don’t see that in this game (correct me if I’m wrong). If elevation for a shot doesn’t show up in the HUD. I’ll take one look at the green using the green/scout cam to check for slope then play my chip/pitch accordingly. As sometimes there might be a slight downhill slope. Simple things like that make a big difference than just yardage in a book.
