Had 5 bad holes. 3 bogies, 2 doubles. Had some off tempo stuff but it was all on me. I had a couple of fasts so tried slowing it down and had slows. When you’re not confident over your shot it’s really hard to line it up. When you’re confident it’s all just about the swing... Also - WAAAAAAAH! +2 second round after doubling 9 as well as 18, -2 at the cut. You're scaring me about round 2. I shot a nice -3 first round. Probably give it all back and more come round 2. Btw Ray, you and I once chatted about AFL. Last year was my first time watching here in Canada. We get two games every week and all the playoffs/Grand Final. After watching Charlie Cameron get his elbow yanked the other way, and then get it taped up and back into play, I became a fan of Brisbane. Hubby bought me a hoodie from the AFL shop that got to me in time for Xmas. Can't wait for new season...March right? |

Most people had them in the bottom 4 when they predicted the season. They’ve a bit tougher run this year now people know what they’re capable of, but no one hates the Lions. Wasn’t the conditions that caused my bad play, I think -3 or 4 would have been possible if I’d played a bit smarter. Good luck out there 👍 |

Good luck out there 👍 As a newcomer to AFL, I've spent a lot of time reading rules and learning the history. We're seriously planning a trip to Australia which would include AFL games. Thinking of all of you down under during these horrendous fires. |

Crapped out Rd's 3 & 4. Couldn't get it close or sink putts.

Round 2 in the books, and I played about as well as I could of. While others have struggled I was able to hit some very nice partial shots and execute some nice power draws to get close to some pins. Makes all the difference executing those types of shots between an average round and a great round. I did miss a couple of makeable putts, but overall I was extremely happy with how I played.

I expect things to get tougher in the remaining rounds, and I am looking forward to the challenge.

Focused a bit more in round 3 but was being a bit bold with the putter but somehow holed a load of ten footers for par but not many for birdie.
Finally birdied 4 & 12 plus a few 30 footers for birds and finished -5.
-14 overall thru 3, miles behind Sooney!

The save on 13 where you pulled your drive, punched it out but still found heavy rough then pitched it stone dead was a cracker 👍 Not sure if I’ll get R3 and 4 in today, got a bit to do thismorning but the afternoon is looking free. I’ll have to learn how you embedded the video. I really should get the laptop more and learn out but I do most everything on my phone for convenience.. |

Tourney done and dusted. Round 4 was another challenge, thank goodness for the finishing holes.  -3 for the event, quite please with that. See y'all on the course in about a month. Till then.... Onward! |

Round 3 in the books at E. -2 thru 54. Mr.Vandelay is in my sights, along with Freebird who’s leading me by 1.
Can’t remember ever being as immersed or enjoying a round more than that one. Might have had a couple of off tempo swings, but with the wind up it could also have been misjudgement. When you’re playing well and shooting around even par, you kinda feel like you’re playing the game the way it’s meant to be played. Larry (pbuh) would be happy to see most of us shooting realistic PGA scores.
Had issues recording round 2, pretty sure this one will be there in my past streams on Mixer.
Does anyone have a contact for Laz? I’d bet he’s play again if he knew we had our own forum and sees where you guys (Paul, Leon and others) have made of his idea.
