TAN-08 played @ Old Salem Creek, a gorgeous but difficult parkland course with fall colours by Ben Page/B101. Scoring was again impressive, with 6 players braking Par and a terrific winning score of 65 by Mr Longpolex!  Runnerup is InfamousEddieC with a very solid 67 and Tuffguts following closely taking third place carding a 68. It looks like players are settling in on the elite level and everybody is grinding through the process trying to get their game in ever better shape. As most now have discovered its all about course management and especially scrambling, to keep it going through 18 holes.  The immersion, concentration and constant focus levels are high for Legend as you can not take any shot for granted. This supreme level is indeed The Motha!  But the incentive of producing good shots (AND being able to collect pars along the way) is there. Ofcourse the rare birdies are the ultimate reward for all! All in all a fun round, although that term could be debatable for some...  Keep at it gentlemen! Results @ Old Salem Creek:

Scoring was tough, with a winning score of 68 for Tuffguts, which proves the tuffness  of this course. This is Tuffguts third win in three starts so he's 3-0 for his TAN-play. Very impressive indeed. Bova Kian carded an excellent 69 with M Bel_Trame & Pen Knight sharing 3rd place. All in all a fun round, although that term could be debatable for some... Keep at it gents! Played with Charles and started poorly but really got my long game together and was striking the ball really well. Happy with 78% GIR but these greens are tough and would of tied Tuffguts in 1st place on current PC leaderboard but I missed a 2 foot par putt on 14   |

The TAN competition is rolling on nicely and the field is growing, while scores remain true to life a/o realistic. TAN-09 wrapped up @ Archerfield Dirleton, a quiet but challenging parkland course in Scotland where the greens proved to be defending par with a mission!  Even so, scoring was overall good to excellent with 8 players managing to brake par this time. Today, it was DonkeyPuncherBen's turn to take the lead and his first win on TAN with a commanding 65 score. Congatulations! Runnerup is Mr Longpolex with 68 and Bova Kian close behind taking third place carding a 69. Well played gentlemen! Results @ Archerfield Dirleton:

TAN-10 played @ Old Wickam Heath, a terrific heathland design by Ben Page/B101 and this time the lowest round ever has been recorded on TAN by InfamousEddieC, who carded a sensational 62 to give him his first win on TAN! Congratulations with your win and this new TAN record. Old Wickam was not as easy as this winning score suggests and the leaderboard shows this. But when your A game is there anything can happen ofcourse. Runnerup DonkeyPuncherBen was no slouch with his impressive 64 and Mr Longpolex closed third spot for himself with a solid 66. Back to back victories on TAN-11 @ Murrysville for InfamousEddieC! This beautiful local park/woodland course in Pittsburgh, made by our Society boss Skunky, was the scene for a second straight win for Eddie who carded an excellent 66 to win again. Impressive and well played! Colly45 claimed second place with a 69 and Skunky & Pen Knight shared third spot with 70's. Murrysville lack of length is equalled by its tricky elevation changes and strategic hole design which challenges players to take notice before shooting. Its par 72 is no pushover and breaking it proves great playing is needed. To all players a big heads up for perservering and enjoying the challenge! Results @ Murrysville CC:
