Attention all Xbox players! We've had an issue with different courses being used across platforms! Nobody's fault, just a miscommunication. PS4 and PC have cathalos' version, XB has Colin mafia's. We've contacted Al in order to try and set it up in the XB backup society. Bare with us and wait for an update. Sorry on behalf of all of us. Dammit! Sorry! Can set up later in โFore!โ society What is the actual name of the correct version?

Struggling this week, first round played decent but had two back to back bogies that really hurt. One on a par 3 due to a very fast on a fast attempt, and another due to a 90% on a 95 attempt leaving me with an awful putt. I really need to start weighing whether going for some of these types of shots are worth it. Sometimes I can hit them, but when I miss itโs usually trouble.
Finished rd 2 with a 3 putt bogey from 6 feet lol ๐คฎ

Round 1 with woody2718 and polekatt/josia really enjoyed it, some great golf played by all. First 9 holes couldn't hit it close but solid golf 19 foot birdie right to left putt on 1, missed 3 25 to 30 footers by millimetres on the front 9 my long putting was great. Back 9 started to hit it closer and made some birdies, an 11 foot breaking putt par save on 14 and 16 was my only bogie with a 5 foot pushed putt lip out. Long game felt so much more consistent and putted well for a 66 Were Woody and Josia trying to stymie me on 13 , 3 great approach shots for easy birdies

Another enjoyable round with polekatt/josia who plays some exceptionally great golf at times. Poor start with a bogie this time but a great approach and nearly a hole out on 3 for a tap in birdie. Continued my great form on the back 9 again 8 under on the inward 9's after 2 rounds Josia your long game was superb, your long putting was really good also your pitch and flops, work on your chipping (You just hit them too hard and sometimes use the wrong club, your medium putts which you also overhit) you really should be at least 10 shots better after 2 rounds with the golf you played. Hit the putting green and chipping green before each round just to get that feel for distance around the greens.

Off and away this week with a -6 only blemish was due to a slow backswing that left me short of the green on the hardest hole ๐

Round 3 and still can't avoid a bogey! Though I don't know how this time as my par putt floated over the hole!! Got away with a terrible approach on 18 after going in the water managed to hit the pin with my pitch to leave a 2ft par putt phew ๐ all added up to a -9

Thank you! I have really been working on my long game and I can feel it getting better. I realized some things, and changed some mechanics on my swing (trying to make it smoother) and it has helped me, I feel. I do agree that I have the most problems on medium putts, the ones from 5-10ft. On the chips that go to far, it almost feels like its doing something like in real life, if you don't follow through, it hits it wrong, and instead of a smooth chip, it goes low and fast off the club, if that makes sense. same with putting, if I don't hit it smoothly, it seems to come off the putter at a wrong angle. And yes, I really do struggle with picking the right club while chipping, in relation to where I am and what the green is doing.

Everything that I did wrong in round 1 really seemed to work in round 2. Started by holing out from around 180 yards on the first hole for eagle. Made my fair share of putts, and finished with a birdie on #18 to get to -10 for the round and right back into contention. I still plan to start a youtube channel so I can post some video but just haven't had the time.
-3 -10

Played the last round earlier but been down the range to hit a few balls in real life so only posting now. Had a horrible double bogey on the 9th after the wind took my 2nd shot way more left than the meter was suggesting and into the water, no drop so had to rehit played too safe and ended up 3 putting for double. Ended up -4 for the round and -24 for the tournament won't win but glad to be back up there for a change
The course is fantastic by the way Edit I had 100% putts made short and medium which helped and chipped in a few times as well which helped even more ๐๐๐๐
