Very well played Sir,2 great rounds on a beautiful & very interesting course, pity there isn’t another 36 to play 😁 Thanks Colly! I appreciate that! I really loved the course. We should get Leon to bring the course back later on for a full 4 rounds!

I'm going to go for 2 rounds at Philadelphia CC next gents. Which got some very good reviews upon release! Hopefully that choice will please just as much (Don't forget to put cypress forward as a suggestion when we're discussing next season's schedule! Would make a good minor event, I reckon...) How long is Cypress active for? Haven’t started my rounds yet

Well, this was really exciting.
I was -13 after 14 holes of my 2nd round; 1 more shot needed to tie, 2 more to win.
I got an accidental slow on that long par 3 and nearly went in the water, lucky to escape with bogie. Then hit what I thought was a good approach on the next hole, thinking birdie putt in the air, found the ridge of the green and rolled off, poor chip, bogie again.
-11 total.
Good game boys. Lovely course.

Philadelphia CC set up for tomorrow.
I've gone for 3 rounds boys, as we've got 4 days left still, hope that's ok.

Decided to play Philadelphia CC. Another disastrous round in very high winds. I some how managed to fight back and get my tournament to under par. This course had a lot more bite than I expected!

Apologies to the XB guys, we missed an event. The Philadelphia cc Lidar 3 round event is live now 👍
I’m blaming society. I had to spend all my time lining up at the shops to get shit tickets. Who hoards toilet paper? Honestly...

The fish and meat counters are completely empty in my local supermarket 🤔

Man, another TOUGH course for this week! Greens were very tricky. Really firm fairways rejecting balls as well, I found.
After a significant portion of the first round, at least 10-11 holes, if I remember right, I was pootling along nicely at -1, and a good 8-9 strokes ahead of Wade and sosigis. By hole 5 or 6 of the second round, I was 5 shots BEHIND Wade!! 😂
I actually recovered my round somewhat, and then was playing nice in the third round, got to -4, but was speed golfing and made some mistakes to only finish -1 and +7 for the tournament.
I know you've had one dodgy round in each of this week's tournaments wade, but I think you're on VERY good form. The rest of your rounds are impressive 👍
I would defo recommend this course for next season. Accuracy off the tee needed, and very tricky greens. A good test.

Thanks Leon, coincidently, my dodgy rounds happen to be at the same time as very high winds lol.

Didn’t have time to finish but it’s a great venue. I think the designer could have presented it better though, I saw someone post a course called “philly cricket club LiDAR” might give that a go and compare, always good to try to get the best versions. In other news I found loads of new courses whilst setting up my solo society, good tip is to go to HCP rated and search highest rated monthly or weekly, brings up some gems. Have we played Royal Dornoch yet? Barnbougle dunes was also in that search. If I play any good ones I’ll give you a nudge on them
