I mentioned it at the HB forum the other day shocking really all the courses which have been done in LIDAR the two most famous ones in the USA pebble beach and Augusta not been done.Dwag did a course on the plot of pebble i have asked him to see if he can do the full course.Augusta i really enjoyed the one released but to plant the trees correct and do all the planting of the other versions i doubt you could even get it close depending on the course file.If you do release a version don't forget to look at google earth new pics shows you the new tee for the 13th not sure if it will be ready now for november masters i think it will be.Really should get a team together to do a proper version for november now

Forest of Arden is also a cracking course here in England played it a couple of years ago fantastic back 9 and so picturesque . Hanbury Manor is a great course that I played about 4 years ago. Used to host the English Open as well as Forest of Arden. |

So let me know what you want to do. The only thing is that I want East Lake to be done before we get to our tournament there, so perhaps I should do that first (I am not a big fan of the version in game). |

I agree with all of you, it’s why I’m so keen for someone to do a LiDAR version as long as it’s good LiDAR and the designer gets the planting bang on. I’m from the same school of thought as Paul, it’s all about feeling like I’m THERE, if we can get the slopes perfect that’s an added bonus. For example, there’s a LiDAR version of Merion but the designer has planted it like an impatient 5 year old, whilst the original RCR Merion is a bit of with the slopes but the designer has spent hours on the planting and aesthetically, it’s a dream to play. I just hope we can have both with Augusta, it’s the one course we deserve a masterpiece of realism and authenticity A good look is very important and we are on the same boat here paddy  You have the same on the Congressional and Oakmont as you describe on Merion (the same designer of the Lidar versions as Merion) |

If you can get The Links @ Pebblestone Bay to Load (xbox players) you will see the 7th and 8th at pebble in Lidar and they are stunning holes maybe the best 1-2 punch in the game just a shame the designer thought of something else and not the proper course he did really miss out on some plays.

Royce is a racist piece of shit. I have a way to get his course but it’s unique to XB so even if I wanted to play his course (I don’t) I wouldn’t be able to share it.
I vote we just play Firethorn.

I thought I was the only one who cared enough about that D bag to consider not playing his course, but because everyone else loves the course, I gave up on that. I think the majority want to use '19 pins, so do you mind setting the tournament for XB? And hopefully playing it too! Me and Paul have a way of doing it for PC and PS4. |

Ok, update- literally NONE of those options have worked. TMT played the masters at Oakmont and PGA played it at firethorn. I tried a few other societies as well, like TST, no luck. Firethorn is by far the more popular one, I'm surprised, everyone talks about the '19 pins one.
Given that I can't find it, and Paul won't be able to use the PGA method, I'm deciding now let's go firethorn national.
I'm setting it now, will post in conditions, Paul and ray follow suit, thanks 👍
