I started R3 off with a hole out for eagle about 148 yds. on hole #1. Then a long putt for birdie on hole #2. Sitting at -3 after the first 2 holes. That was about it. I birdied 2 more holes and bogeyed 2 holes to finish R3 at -3 and -5 for the tournament. I 'm holding on to a 1 shot lead over Leon. Now if I don't fold up like a lawn chair I might have a chance to hang on lol. Playing in Very High winds for R4 already has my knees knocking lol.  It's close! Don't fold under the pressure!  |

Really enjoyable round with Woody, a close match but a couple of mistakes late on ruined another solid round.  |

Finished up strong with my best round in the 4th. Had a hot putter, and was able to chase down Gav. Likely not good enough for a win, but pleased with how I finished up.

I just had a pressure filled Round 4 at Albatross! I played a practice round last night with Leon's Ghost in R4 conditions and I played horribly. I ended +7 for the round to Leon's Even par. I was glad it was a practice round lol. Today while playing with jeff (who had a great final round btw) I was just trying to make pars. It was very hard to make birdies in these conditions. I made 3 birdies and 3 bogeys. I plowed through to the 18th tee. Standing on the 18th tee at (-6) I promptly put my drive into the water. I dropped and hit my 3rd shot to 10 ft. I missed my par putt but tapped in for Bogey. I finished the round at Even par and (-5) for the tournament. I was able to hold off Leon by 1 shot! That was a lot of pressure and I'm heading to the bar for several single malts!  |

Me and these greens didn't get along, so my score is the kind that one wants to forget as soon as possible. On to next week - ONWARDS!
