Scratched around at the start of Rd3 but then it all clicked again and was -10 after 16 holes (a couple of chip ins)....then fanned it right of the green on 17 and my lame pitching back up the hill (3 attempts) resulted in a triple and ended up -7.
Rd4 was another -7 and mixed a few bogies in with the good stuff. -32 overall.
Lucky break on one of the par 5's....I think in rd4.....faded right of the fairway but hit the cart path and went 350+ I reckon. Ball ended up on the cart path (no distance penalty) instead of heavy rough. Short iron to a couple of metres and an eagle. It was one of those tourneys.

I can't score that well in very high winds. But missing 3 feet birdie putts is just unforgivable (1st hole). Overall good round - but a couple of big mistakes and a cold putter - even par for the first round.

Round 3 and teeing off with skunky. Not what I call a move on moving day in these easier conditions. But I almost got caught out in a bunker edge. I actually thought I was in the bunker and was going to splash when I by luck happen to see that it was heavy rough! Looks almost the same. Not only would I have hit a bad shot, but also gotten a 2 stroke penalty. That was close, hehe. Good play by Skunky who had several putts end up on the lip. Could have a been a couple of strokes better.   |

Played round 2 late last night. Good ball striking all round, but a few errors on wind-reading made for a couple of bad holes. -1.
Round 3 today, and a couple of bad pitches, but overall not so bad. -2 and sitting at -3 before the final round.

Played round 3 and 4 yesterday and today. R3 in +4. I had again a one hole mess-up, now on hole 17 in R3. In R4 I played a bit conservatively, but therefore managed to not make any big mistakes. Happy with my score of -1 in R4. Less happy with my total score of +17 for the tournament, but already look forward to Royal Melbourne next week.

Round 1 was a real mixed bag for me,missed a 4 ft birdie on the 1st which set the tone for the rest of the round.3 putted a couple of greens as well including a de-green 😕 But on the positive side drove it great & hit some good approaches 😁 Still felt like I left 3 or 4 shots out there though.Love this course,look forward to rest of my rounds,cheers 🍻🍻🍻

Didn't feel I played too badly but got a horrible kick left on the green on 17 and just caught the slope when I though I had a 25 footer . Down the slope and a really tricky pitch to an elevated green that rolled back to my feet, stopped my fight back from a poor front 9. Another great course pick from andersnm, the schedule this season is fantastic. Good to see paddyjk19 strike the ball so well, nice round and should of been better. Good to see you getting used to PC tempo   |

Still not great with the tempo but it’s made me focus on missing the right side and short game still feels ok so can score reasonably, that said there’s some super players on PC now! |

Round 2, total contrast to round 1, struck the ball really well. Putted poorly, with a pushed birdie putt on 14 after a lovely partial pitch to 4 foot. Hole 18 missed a 6 foot birdie putt after a good 42 foot putt big left to righter over the tier to give my self a chance of birdie. A 7 and a 9 footer can be added to the list also all poor putting strokes, normally have a good putting line but my tempo is off for putts which doesn't help my putting stroke line. A 69 in the wind is not a bad score though, lovely round by Simon again.  |
