Rounds 3&4 of the tourney. Had a few freezes, and some blowups but fun nonetheless. Can't wait until the next one. Great to see you enjoying ultra sim golf teejay

Round 4 and finished as I started, with a 73. Used the par 5s for birdies and it almost was enough to keep me on even par. Still, -5 for this week is better than expected, so I am happy. And thanks for 2 wonderful weeks in Spain on equally wonderful courses, andersnm . Unless you beat me... Not to worry. Got a hickup on my second round - and on my third round I hit a bad pull to the left side on the 13th - and something just happened after that and I could not score to ruin the tournament. Could suddenly not putt, three putted from 5 feet on the 17th for example. Just aweful. Swingline just all over the place. I have a theory on what happened, so I know what to try to avoid it - it was something similar on the 2nd round on the hickup (it has to do with persipration - and I think I need my table-fan to keep my hands cool - seems if my thumb gets slick, the swing is all over the place - also help slowing the play down a bit, but after a couple of frustrating holes, you just tend to go into speed-golf.. not helping). So yeah, it was a bit of a let down for me this tournament as the play was good with the exception of that.

When you are talking about perspiration it is absolutely real with sim golf, at least for me. I have my PING golf towel next to me while playing . Not used as often as the Tour players on each shot. But definitely noticeable when it gets intense during rounds and can cause a few shots/putts to go offline.

Played decent in round 4 - much better imo than the score - due to the fact of a stone cold putter, and that happens from time to time. Best illustrated by a 3 feet miss for par on the 14th. Total screw up on this tournament the last two rounds. Very well played from those that shoot sub-par round 4 in the wind - tricky crosswind on several holes made it much harder to find fairway. It will be interesting to see what you make of the fourth round Will

I understand about the hand perspiration. My hands sweat even when I'm not playing 2k21 lol. I bought some lotion on Amazon called Carpe Antiperspirant Hand Lotion, A dermatologist-recommended, non-irritating, smooth lotion that helps stops hand sweat, Great for hyperhidrosis. It works for me. I have been using the same tube for a few months.

Final Round in the books. Got to be really focused and committed on every shot at Catalunya. I think that is what really makes this course a grind. In a good way. That crosswind Anders mentioned made it tough to judge tee shots and approaches. Lag putting was very good. Even at those green speeds in that weather thought they were still slick! Another fantastic RCR andersnm ๐

I was looking forward to playing Catalunya this week as i had played it before and was so impressed by the perfect rendition by Anders. This is a top course by any standard. Its also been used by the European Tour for qualifyers for players to get (or hold onto) their tourcard. Its a real tough course. But i crashed and burned with 79/82/82/75 into oblivion! Man! i got kicked around this week. Had some swing troubles with the big stick which didn't help either. Watched Pakalolo's round twitch video and thats just very impressive play. Hats off. But, as always, its tons of fun playing this level and the realism is unbelievable. On we go down under to Australia!
