Ruined my first round on the fourth hole, drive OOB leading to a triple! Managed to scramble to a score of -1. Round 2 was much more to my liking, especially with the windy conditions.  |

Actually played well in round 4 but it was tough to put a score together.Finished the week where I started,level par,enjoyed the challenge 👍

If nobody has any objections I’m going to schedule St.Enoodoc in on USE extra in a couple of weeks after we play at Trevose down in Cornwall.I’m sure paddyjk19 won’t mind 😉 |

Two fighting scandinavians out in the blustery conditions. A drive, 9 iron and a 9 ft putt for an eagle was a cushion I was going to need. 3 putting the 9th from 7 ft started a 3-hole bogey run. Hit a perfect drive on the 10th in my eyes, but ended up in the creek. Then my fighting began. andersnm was fighting here and there and holed quite a few 6-12 footers to keep it going on the front 9 before he 4 putted the same way I 3 putted, hit the first putt to hard and not holing the one back. I can't complain with an E on the scorecard though.  |

Round 2 and quite chuffed to have had only one Humph and shot -3. Was a round of being patient, and a bit lucky. Drove OB on the cow hole but saved par! Chipped in on 12 for a chirp then made a few putts coming home.  Needed this, wimigbg keeps improving! Onward! |

Round 3 and everything I had done well in the first two rounds I did poorly here. Mainly did not make the putts.  Giving wimigbg a one shot lead going into the final round AND calling him out to play live. If we can get in discord together, there might be a twitch event happening. Onward! |

And the results are in! Mr artvandelay invited me to play the 4th round live on Twitch and I figured it was a way to make me nervous. And it worked. My 1 shot lead disappeared like fart through a hemp pajamas. I have never played with headphones before, never in front a large tv audience, I played like I was there in person. We reached the turn +7 and +1, I was 5 shots behind and Art steady as a rock in these winds. But then... I was getting used to the headphones, concentrating more and talking less. That slowed speedy Art down and he started to putt like he hits his drives - long. We were tied going into the par 5 16th where I hit my first descent long pitch of the day to 7 ft while Art was checking out the wildlife on the course and finally finished with a putt-chip-putt for a bogey and I holes my birdie putt. A 2 shot lead teeing off on the 17th. Art hit the green but putted his way out of a chance and I could play a hole relaxed for the first time. Thank you artvandelay , wore you down with slow play eventually. PS. I had to write for him as well, as you know - the history is written by the winners. DS.  |
