I played rd 1 and I think I was -8. Exhausted afterwards as courses where I actually have to pay close attention on my tee shots leave me drained lol. I’ll get back at it tomorrow!

First round was even better than I remembered, +1! Also played second round last night, -2, pretty similar but just with fewer mistakes.

I had plenty of time today, so I played a couple of warm-up rounds with some good local beer. Third round was my best round in a looong time, -7 with no bogeys. 

Fourth round I wasn't able to get close enough to pins to have a lot of realistic birdie chances, still managed a -3 which I'm very happy with. If we don't take that one pitch shot into account (which rolled back to my feet), I'm no longer having any fear using the partial pitch shot.

Bogey free event! I had one scare in the 4th but got par. It’s interesting to play par 5s strategically avoiding anything between say, 22- 36 yards. On one I even played a lay up 80 yards back. When I play anything else I just do not care and take tons of risks because of splash. I have the very short pitch down but am still a work in progress otherwise. I think I only had 4 times where I got stuck with an uncomfortable shot.

Thanks! I don’t remember anything in particular from that round due to playing 3 rounds consecutively, but it sounds like that one didn’t include any of my horrendous putts at least lol

Norwegian Invitational final leaderboard

booze2407 continues his current dominance in season 3 with a 16 stroke victory to finish on 35 under, Sosigis racks up another 2nd place this season on 19 under. 3 way tie for 3rd with Tuffguts,colly45 and a fine performance from SirWade on 16 under.
Low round of the week is a great 61 in round 3 from the champion
Shot of the week this lovely ricichet off the pin and spin back 53 yard pitch from Wade for eagle on the par 5 14th.
