Jeff - if swingplane is the problem, have you thought of the controller? I had huge problem with swingplane in TGC 2019 with my old Xbox 360 controller - and a new controller was wonder. I know hammers1man also had this issue on his older controller that had become loose. I also read into this that you have problems putting. This has been the main issue for me in the new game, and finaly seems to have been solved. Good idea, but already tried. 😀 My old controller felt wobbly so I got a new one around the time the game came out. My swing plane isn’t off by much, but it is off and it’s inconsistent. My putting grip is solid and most of my putt swings are straight. My putting problems have everything to do with pace. I don’t have a feel for how far back to pull the putter head on different speed greens. Pullback and push forward speeds are pretty consistent. I’ve tried different camera views and the most comfortable for me is the high overhead view. I too use the overhead view, and I am now confident on speed from 30 feet and closer. It is much harder to get the correct speed the longer the distance, and this feel pretty realistic for me. It is not given to get a 66 feet close for a two putt in real life - with elevation changes etc. And to get used to the different speed needs practice on different speed. I spend alot of time in the designer - and combine playtesting with practice. And that is a good thing, as I can rewind shots in the designer etc. |

NB: I’m deadly on 144 greens from almost any distance inside 50 feet.
Not so much on 163 or 187 greens. 😀

jeff. I don’t know whether you play via Bluetooth or you plug your controller in but I find being plugged in is far more stable tempo wise .
