A couple of pictures from the 9th. I am spending much more time on this course than any other I have done - and the main reason for this, is to get this hotels/shopping, etc surroundings detailed.

jeff - and all interested: I will be ready for a beta tomorrow. Question for what you want for the beta: do you want more than one tee-set? I have only set the back tees so far. I wanted to get answer on the beta on different tees - I usualy plant tees according to scorecard from the club, but it may be that I want to do it different here. I have at least in mind a different tee placement on the 16th for the longer tees. I have also not planted any OB yet, but I think to get the basic OB in before the beta. I will not finish the planting along the 18th and clubhouse + parking etc. And also tournament objects and crowds will come after the beta.

One tee set is fine.

Beta has been published as TPS Beta
I have the default speed at 187 for the Beta - because I want to get feedback on that speed. This will not be the default speed on the final course. Happy to get feedback on every pin on every hole if there is anything. Also note on the OB - is it fairly planted as it is?
Tees: Should I go for scorecard tees on the forward tee sets?
I am not finished planting on the hotels and clubhouse near the 18th and 1st tee. Also, the gorge on the north course needs some scrub. No car has been planted yet, and there are tons of cars on different parking lots on the plot (there are ALOT of parking on the side of 18th, 9th and 10th). Also some parking is done on the sandy part on the left side of 12th where you can drive out to the cliff.

I will give it a play shortly and give you some feedback on the 187 greens for this course.

Wow! The course is absolutely spectacular. I wouldn't change a thing. The greens were perfect and the lighting was spot on! What a great job. I played USE style with my new clubs and calibrated swing.

Really liked the lighting as well along with the ocean views and detail put into the buildings. Course played tough but fair on 187 greens. The only thing I did notice was on the 13th hole left side of the fairway, there were a few squiggly lines in the fairway and rough as my ball came to rest in that area. I'm sure it'll just be a quick touch up and it will be all good there. Another fantastic course in the making Anders!

The course lighting and colours are stunning Anders, played really well with 187 greens also. I will get some 21:9 screenshots as there are so many great angles for these holes. I know we are looking for accuracy but you have nailed the real beauty of this course, wow.

Another question: how many cars do you think is needed on the different parking lots? I have also not planted trees along the main road - is that even needed?
There are quite alot that will not be seen unless using free cam or scout cam. As everybody knows - I do not use scout cam, so I have no knowledge how it looks with that.

Hopefully I won't fold from the pressure lol We will see how it goes at Harbour Town

Love the course, Anders, but it doesn’t like me!
You did a great job with this. I grew up in San Diego and you’ve captured the feel perfectly.

I know the light rough is a little wavy at that hole (I do not see that elsewhere, which was a big problem in TGC 2019 with heavy rough planting - where the light rough would be wavy) from light to hevy rough. But squiggly line in the fairway - where exactly?
