Hi guys, Good to be back, apologies for being gone for awhile. I voted for Legend. Been playing on that difficulty since day one. It’s the masochist in me that wants a difficult golf sim and I think we got it with this one on all levels. If we are looking for stats to be close to what USE was at in 2019, Masters would be a good option imo once we get more rounds in. But again who knows what those stats will be as this game is tough.
Sent a request on Xbox to join USE as well.

Had a round on PS4 and I found the driving again way too easy like TGC2019, I didn't even calibrate my swing. @sirwade in the graphics setting on PS4 I turn off bloom and DOF because I don't like those settings for a golf game, keep screen space ambient occlusion on because that is a fantastic lighting effect. I would use FX anti aliasing as that will give you better framerates than the other options or turn it off if you don't really notice the jaggies. I have accepted you and paddyjk19 , can't find a way to add you both as admin any help with that andersnm Thanks for the graphics info Paul. It looks nice now. One more question. Do you have your PS4 Resolution set to Auto, 1080P or 2160P? I read somewhere that playing on 1080p it has better framerates but I know nothing about this stuff lol. |

The game will be locked to 30 fps on PS4,the game actually played well and smoothly for Riviera on my PS4 Pro which is set to 2160p but the game plays at a lower Res I think 1600p or 1440p and upscales to 4K(2160P). If you are having bad framerates (not keeping a consistent 30 fps) dropping down to 1080 will definitely help. Good 4K Tv's upscale 1080 very well as does the PS4 also, try the game out in 1080p and judge for yourself if you notice a big difference. Most importantly of all make sure you have game mode set on your TV, less latency (input lag) is so important for good tempo in this game. |

I wonder if using Legend with some aids on is an option? Just to keep scores reasonable. Right now my biggest issues is putting and a gap between my (ears) uh pitching wedge (117)and 9 iron (140). This puts me in a tough spot around the 30ish yard distance for flops. Since we can't use splash outside of the bunkers. |

I am using the mouse on PC and my favoured level is Pro. Master and Legend are just brutal with the mouse. On the master/legend every drive ends up in the rough and the distance penalty in the rough means I never reach a green in regulation, that is before I take away the green grid. I am afraid I will have to leave you guys to it if you go with one of the top two levels.

Was going alrightish. Then got stuck inside a fence after pulling my tee shot a mile left. Took 3 unplayables before reaching the shot limit. Couldn’t get the ball back over, even with Lob wedge fully lofted.
We can use the loft bit I’m assuming?
