Gotta say, I’m loving the game so far - really very good. Legend mode is nice because it feels real. Only bad thing is the 3 wood is really short At least we can buy a new 3 wood with more distance. Bought a Tayler Made SIM driver and am using a 10.5 degree loft. |

Bought a Tayler Made SIM driver and am using a 10.5 degree loft. Also, the putting feel isn’t as good as 19, the putter doesn’t swing as smoothly so judging pace is really hard. Might be something I get used to but I already miss the 19 short game that felt great |

Second round I played at the Q-school in career mode. I was on a good way to hit -2 on Legend difficulty with no aids - but got out of rythm at the 18th for a +4 at that hole because of lip outs on the putting. So in my mind - I beat HB's claim that no one breaks par on the most difficult settings first day. It's not that hard to get used to the new putting. What is even more to get used to are the pitch partials - but I like it once I get that down.   |

What is even more to get used to are the pitch partials - but I like it once I get that down. I love the new putting, been 2 hours on the practice green. Very tough but long lag putts are so rewarding. I do worry that we can lock off swing vibration as it is a big aid for putting imo. Sent a request to join the society Anders. |

I just had another go, and did get some more tempo issues - so I think I was a bit lucky to get a good rythm on the tempo on my first rounds. Do get punished on Legend on bad tempo, so that is good.

I’m a genuine 10 handicapper with legend and all aids including vibration off, I see improvements every round though.
If you guys want a challenge go play Quail Hollow in USE mode. Jesus it’s hard, I shot 98 🤣

Had a round at Pebble Beach (my course, not published yet) - and I had +8 on 172 greens. Fast green speed makes things alot more difficult in this game to be honest compared to 2019. (My Louisana round was more on the medium speed and made putting much easier). I missed more fairways and greens now, so I do not think we will get anything near 90% fairway or greens on legend, and not at master either (I have tried a bit on master and don't feel much difference to be honest).

Love the pitch shot, it is tough but when you get the timing right those LW land nice and soft. Not used a splash out outside of bunkers or even the flop yet.

I have used the flop in appropriate situations. It still is too easy - but we can't change that. But yes - the pitch is nice and much better. I have struggled to get used to the partials required on those though, but that is a welcome struggle. Think we need to start a thread on change in rules as well. There is no longer a loft box, and I have used the True Shot quite a bit, and I like it. Second rule of no intentional slow backswing is no longer needed. What I think we want to add - is to only use flop shots when approriate (IE - you don't use it if you have lots of green to work with and a chip or pitch is the natural shot), no splash outside sand, no chipping from sand. I am hesitant to avoid flop from sand though this feels a bit edgy. So yeah, so far it seems we don't need that many rules. |

Your round at Louisiana was great could not beat 16 over on Legend, my best on master was 6 over. |
