I’m like I am in RL. Streaky. I’m probably 5/10 overall, but that’s 4 rounds at 1/10 and three rounds at 9/10.
I’ve just goofed and started R3 with pro clubs. I was fooling around flogging folks in live skins matches last night to make money so I could buy every item of clothing lol.
I haven’t hit a shot yet. I once managed to get it back to the load screen and change my clubs, I’ll work out what I did when I haven’t had a big day and have a fuzzy head. (Yes stoned as well, but it’s not that - I’m just tired).
Might jump into the alt event. It ends on XB same time as this does 👍

On a side note, found out today my next door neighbour and a bloke over the road go for 9 holes once a week or so. Will definitely join them once I’ve got myself a little fitter.
Only just starting to have a decent relationship with the next door neighbour after a VERY rocky start..... A week after moving in, there had been pleasant head nods but no talking between me and the guy, or any of his family. Perfect as far as I’m concerned. Not looking for a new friend, just want a ‘gday, how you going’ whenever we’re both out the front so it’s not awkward.
So. Week 2. I’ve had my dog out the front a few times. She’s a Boxer/Staffy cross, so looks like a taller but slightly lighter framed pittbull. She’s a softy though. I’ve socialised her heaps at dog parks and she’s submissive to any dog equal size or bigger. This time, he has his dog out the front. It’s a male dalmation. Beautiful dog to look at. My dog rushes from my front yard to his front yard and almost slides on her back to show her belly to the other dog and tries to start playing. His dog isn’t socialised and flat out attacks my dog. She’s got scars on her belly from it. She had to defend herself and bit his dog, took a bit of skin from above its eye, and also bit my neighbour - who was holding his dog. I rushed over to seperate them but my girl had already bolted to my front door so I was there with a bloke with two big holes in his leg and a bleeding dog. He told me he was going to have my dog killed, and if I didn’t step back the 2m on to my own lawn he was going to ‘punch me in the fucking head. I told him that wouldn’t go well for him and he needed to settle down. He had a security camera out the front and when he reviewed it he saw his dog was the problem. Never apologised for being a dick. I apologised for my dog biting him.
So anyway - he’s a 15 handicapper. I was off 7. I’d like to say it’s going to be a friendly round but I’m dead set going to the practice fairway for a month before I tell him I’m right to play so I can smoke him.
I’m a small, small man 😂

I'm BIG into animals, it's so frustrating watching other people have a dog, when I can't, and they have no idea what their dog's behaviour is and what it means. A small man for the golf "revenge plan" maybe, but the bigger man in the rest of that story for sure mate.

I just wanted to check the guy was ok but he went a bit over the top. He was on his front lawn with his dog on a leash, mine wasn’t. She rushed like she always does with other dogs. It’s something I have tried to stop but she’s just excited to make new friends. Her ‘boss’ is my missus’ dog. He’s a chihuahua. She’s good, if a little rough with small dogs. The joke in the house is that Bruce the chihuahua has his own pet dog. He’s not the biggest bloke in the world either, he’s have been punching up about 6 inches and giving away 20kgs. Be interesting to see how far he can hit it...

All downhill from here. Have drained 3 20 footers just to keep pace in this rarefied company. Who knows? Maybe I’ll be ok? 🍷🥴💁♂️🏌️♂️

Dogs get aggressive on leads because they're SCARED, they can't go anywhere. But people aren't good enough at controlling their dogs to have them off lead. It breaks my heart when I see dogs tied up outside shops. You hear them whining and people feel sorry for them because they think they miss their owner; it might be that a bit, but often it's because they're SCARED! They're tied up and can't go anywhere and ate worried someone/something will attack them!

Hey y'all, -18 here. Two good rounds and two below average rounds (for me). I'm uploading the 3rd...which had no swing feedback!!! -7, E, -11, E. That 3rd round was really good. This was a lot of fun! Again, thank you for setting up these events. This society is so much fun!

-5 / -11 / -5 / -5 for a -26
Was even after 10 and tied with Colly, really felt the choke coming on as I went in with a 5 shot lead but couldn’t do anything. Then got an albatross on 11, that helped settle me down a bit lol. I’ll have to check my stats, I felt like I was in the heavy rough or sand quite a bit. I really didn’t swing well at all, but somehow kept saving par for the most part and took advantage of the par 5s.

Done and dusted with a level par in the final round, good enough to hold off the charging (towards the beach) polekatt/josia by the narrowest of margins. Onward!
