What. A. Course. Loved it. Worth the wait.
Yo-yo first round, lots of birdies, lots of bogies, was between +1 and -1 the whole round. Finished even. Lovely 2nd round; pretty sure it was a bogie free, -5.
Han was worried about the pins and greens, but I found them fine. This course must go on tour. Absolutely gorgeous, and plays great.

Really liked the course and conditions suit it, played well but for one poor hole the 5th some silly mistakes for a double bogey.  |

Played round 2 with SimChars1968 who I have to say played some cracking shots and holed some great putts. Simon the more you play the more you will cut out the mistakes and your scores will drop. I had a poor back 9 and dropped away from Leon to finish E for a -3 2 round total, really enjoyed the course would like to pencil it in for season 3.  Highlights |

Long game a bit off at the moment quite a few slow downswings and 1 very slow and a for push shots also. I know I have hit a slow straight away, need to work on it but of course I won't and will go straight into Firestone tomorrow  |

Glad to hear this mate 🙂👍 You will have more frustration! But it's the fact that USE makes you play different/proper golf - hitting greens instead of pins, playing for pars, lagging putts etc - that makes it so rewarding when you have a good round. |

I had a nice start to Round 2, but now stuck down the side of a cliff with no options to declare unplayable, so I'll have to give it a miss.

I could’ve possibly tied on the par 5 18th, but the temptation to go for the glory on the approach got the best of me and I went down the cliff 😂. This is the type of course where it’s really easy to get reckless, I think I fasted literally every drive. Sometimes I’d find the one stupid little bunker or rough patch lol. |
