Round 1 of week 22 USE Master Tour had it all for me. Tee'd up with Topflight who normally beats me comfortably but gave him a match this round. Nothing specially till hole 8 and then it had it all great putts, hitting the pin with a partial 3 wood holing out from a fairway bunker. Shame about the last hole but I did play well on the back 9.

Master Tour round 2, had to dig deep and grind a bit but a good finish with 2 birdies. Top of the PC leaderboard after 2 rounds which is nose bleed time for me  |

Rd 1 (+14) was getting my feet wet again.
Rd 2 (+1) no doubt my best round in USE Masters as I was finding the fairway and hitting good approaches and making the putts.
Rd 3 (+9) started off with a birdie but just couldn’t drop the putts and had 3 blowup holes that wrecked my card.
Playing my final round this afternoon.

After a great start to round 3 missed a good chance to score well as my ball striking was as good as it's been for some time.

Round 4 and up against Topflight for the top of the PC leaderboard (for now) and I bottled it. Did not putt well or strike the ball great, ended up 1 short but it felt great to compete this week on a great course.

Zooby thanks for playing this week, I know some struggle with USE settings but you know what the score doesn't matter as this is not TGCTours and ultra competitive. It is utra sim and immersion is everything, your second round shows you can play some great golf on Master settings. Play the Pro tournaments also, we don't have any PS players in the society but it just takes 1 to get things rolling and we have a few Xboxers also now on Pro. I have a lot of respect for players who struggle to hit under par and grind out a score, the thing is your scores will get better I guarantee that , I have seen it a lot with players who stick it out on USE and their game improves immensely. I am happy to give any tips on parts of your game you are struggling with. I might now be the best player here but I have only played USE settings for the last 4 years and TST settings for the 4 years before. |

4th round
I had a few blowups but otherwise enjoyed my 4 rounds. Overall I was putting better than what I expected.

Cornwall Invitational result Hendomedes wins by an impressive 10 strokes at Enodoc on -23. Toplight is 2nd on -13 and hammers1man a stroke further back on -12. Low round is a 60 (-8) in the 1st round by the champion.  |
