Found my way here. Just reading up on the rules over and above TST. Forgive me if I ask any daft questions but think I’m good to go. Season 4 starts tomorrow, right?

Welcome  Yes - we are ending season 3 tonight - 1 am here in Norway to be exact, and I am well asleep at that time, but will restart the PC societies once I wake before work tomorrow. I saw your request in the PC Pro society, but can't see you there now. We have more guidelines than absolute rules at the moment, so it is pretty much the same as TST with the exception that we don't use follow cam (need to turn it off in the game settings), and the aim marker is off. We also say no to splash outside sand lie, or chipping from sand. If you by mistake play a splash from rough or fairway or chip from sand, just add 2 penalty strokes to the score. If you play with ghosts, you need to have turn based on. We also only play real courses in the schedule. The main spirit of our society is to play the game as realistic as possible. |

Welcome Ben! Hope you enjoy it here, it’s a little more mellow than TST and with smaller membership we have lots more interaction and regularly play each others ghosts in turn order with full avatar above what Anders said I’ve found turning off the feedback and pin marker on HUD gives a real true experience and full immersion, I know Anders and others do this religiously!
My tag is Paddyjk19 so see you out there on the links! We also have a Masters society which tends to be on older, shorter courses that we would tear up on pro. This week it’s at Stoke Park, an RCR I made, so feel free to join there if you want extra rounds on some classic old courses
