I had a really nice round going in R1 until hole #12. A little frustration set in and I ended with a quad bogey.  |

I followed up R1 with a real clunker. R2 +7 and +8 overall after 2 rounds. This should take me out of contention for the tournament lol.

I wasn't going to get back to USE till tomorrow but I had to get my rounds 1 and 2 in before deadline. Haven't hit a ball on the game for a long time and it showed on the first 6 holes of round 1. Tempo all over the place. Got it back very well after that and actually struck the ball well from then on. Simon played some great golf over the 2 rounds. Score is not massively important but I feel like I have control of the swing with this controller and am enjoying the game more than I ever have, just need a bit of practice to get back in the swing of things.    |

Some really great stuff and scrappy stuff but never get tired of playing this course, much tougher condition than the Open this week. Love playing Mark's links setup's each week.    Nearly holed a couple of slam dunks in round 1 |
