+2, -3, Ev, +1 for an Even par total. Forgot how nasty these greens are. Plenty of putts squirreled away from the hole when they looked they were curling in. Straight looking putts were never straight. Greens felt faster than designated. Overhit plenty of putts.
Maybe it's why I only play this course once a year.

Made a complete mess of round 1, round 2 played really well. Playing the last 7 holes 4 under felt good.    Highlight this 8 foot breaking 30 footer on hole 6 round 2 |

Round 3 was another story of the par 5’s.In contrast to round 1 I was -5 on them but couldn’t take advantage & limped in with a 1 over 73,tough conditions though.

Kinda had enough with the inconsistency of the tempo with the Xbox controller.
Decided to try the DS4 plugged in and the tempo is night and day better and I mean so much better. Bit harder to hit straight but I will take that. Looks like I need to learn the game again with another controller.

Managed to play one round last night, +2 with a double on the last (if I remember correctly). Still rocking purple clubs and the controlled unplugged, man it’s hard 😅 I still think the recent changes were for the good, but it’s going to take a while to find the groove again… Have to try to find other club options without sacrificing the realistic distances. Lots of good tempo-shaped shots without losing too much distance during the round, but also way too much red slows / fasts to be able to really attack flags.
Really hoping I’ll have some time during the summer to really dive in and be competitive again.

Rocket Mortgage Classic colly45 makes it his sencond win in season 3 and 2nd in a row his -10 score beats PaKaLoLo 77 by 2 strokes, Sirwade 59 is 3rd a stroke further back. Low round a great 65 in round to by the champion.  |
