Getting carried away with detail on my first Links course since St Enodoc, this won't be the most difficult course in the world but I hope it'll be a pleasant walk by the seaside. Just spent an hour building an artificial driving range....  P.S ignore the bright orange mulch in the background, it's just me marking out planting areas! |

Thank you Anders, been messing around with the style for a while which I'm sure you have done with lot's of courses in your design history and finally found a style which works and now we are full steam ahead, I'm not convinced it'll be in the league of our resident links expert yeltzman but I hope it'll be a step up from my last effort with St Enodoc. Won't be that hard a course so I'm putting an emphasis on the scenery to ensure everyone enjoys their 64! |

Sometimes you have to mess around to get the look you want - and we are quite fortunate to have such good number of quality links courses in the game. I have started to mess with the schedule for season 4 as I can't see a new 2k game in august. So many quality courses to choose from - and I think we should visit Hayling in season 4 in our England swing. |

Sometimes you have to mess around to get the look you want - and we are quite fortunate to have such good number of quality links courses in the game. Agreed, I think out of the 100 odd hours the courses take I think 20 are spent messing around trying to get the feel, getting it wrong, deleting all planting, starting again! I often find the right feel sometimes after 6-7 holes and have to re-do them again! Happened with this course lol That’s good news about season 4, thank you! The Solent Cup is born! |
