Just finished my first round in +3. A beautiful and relatively short course. So mainly wedges and short irons for your approach shots. I missed too many short putts for a really good score, but overall not too dissatisfied with my score.

Round 1 up in the north and a fairly steady one. Forgot to pair up, so I had the course to myself. The only thing that hurts, after a very good 3W at the 8th, I got a big brain fart when I pitched and ended up way too long and made a bogey. That probably cost me 1-2 shots against you all.  |

Myself & Eddie both played well in round 1.It’s a shame Eddie doesn’t interact on here,he’s a real stalwart of USE & I would love to hear about his play.He has a excellent short game,some superb pitches this week again.

Just played my second round in +1. Very happy with my long game. Again missed too many short putts. Those greens are tricky. But overall satisfied with my total score of +4.  |

Round 2 and paired up with the man above, roggro . I can join in and say he played very well. Just happened to end up on the tough side of the cup on some holes. When you learn how to pitch your way out of some situations instead of very hard chips, then these rounds will be under par. My round was again a 68. Drove the 12th green and putted 5 times. 5 &!%"! times... Other than that, happy.  |
