I’ll see how I go next week. It’s not about results or where I finish on the leaderboard, it’s the fact I get angry when I play. I get miserable when I don’t so no doubt I’ll be back to punish myself when I’m done being a miserable ass. Ray, I think everyone gets angry sometimes out of frustration in this game. I certainly do, even more so in real life. Angry at myself, for making stupid mistakes. Also, if one needs a break, that is perfectly fine. As we see all don't manage to play every week, and we can't expect everyone to play each week.

you boys come talk to me after you score +28 and I'll listen.
Hahaha, just joking around, seriously, I do understand!
Its a game and if it makes you feel bad or angry, then its not doing what it should. games should be fun and provide happiness in the end, nothing more! Sometimes, competition is what provides the fun and happiness. But when it makes one angry or feel miserable about oneself, for more than the understandable first few minutes after doing bad, then that is when it gets unhealthy. I know thats when I put it away for a break.
hmmm, seeing all these people not gonna finish, I might get a top 20! lol

My scores have been pulled on tst this week so in the interest of fairness I won't complete my rounds here this week or indeed play again until I know what the problem/issue is I know I probably speak for everyone here and have read up on these api pulls, happens to a lot of people that play fairly and with official controllers. I have known you for a long time on TST and know you're not a cheat and that's good enough for me for you to carry on and complete your tournament here. Thanks man but I won't have time to finish up this week but if everyone's happy for me to play I'll play this week as I would hate to miss out on the open

Just want to point out to you Josia that you are one of the most important members here. What we have is a friendly competition that's about every member. It's not always about where you finish but about doing your best. You have been here from the start and I play with your ghost frequently because I enjoy that company and know your game pretty well over the last year. I started up a thread to encourage joining up for a game. Believe me this game is great when you're playing with someone else.

Play your game here, enjoy your rounds and keep it separate from the tgctours. Just want to let our members know it's tough here, I get requests from people I never see on tgctours but I can't accept the requests because we are open to cheating. A good 20 people you know and trust that you know are good. That's a good close knit society for me. Recent members like Unclevirt and Paddy is what I am looking for here. We have been lucky but I hope we can keep out the bad eggs. This society is all about trust, honesty, integrity and a love for the game of golf in this little video game 😉

Later than usual arrival to the tees this week. Got off to a very slow start with an opening -3 followed by an E rd 2. Really struggled with my swing but also it seemed like every damn shot was in between clubs...way more than usual at least. Also numerous times where not having a 4 iron in the bag killed me. Much better in the next two rounds though. -8 in rd 3, and -7 in rd 4. I had a hole in 1 in the final round, I don’t remember the hole, just that I used a 5 iron. I remember thinking cause of the wind it would leave me a little short of the green, so I forwarded immediately as I sometimes do when I know the shot will stink. Next thing I know it goes in lol.
-3/ E/ -8/ -7 = -18.
Not enough to win, but looks like enough to at least keep my top 5 streak alive.
