Round 4 was a step in the right direction compared with round 3. Not good, but not yesterdays disater at 89, only 81 thias time, haha. Played fairly well until a good birdie chans at 6 or 7 and 4-putted for a double bogey. Had to take a break there... But it was a treat to see PaKaLoLo77 and hammers1man playing well. I envy the straight drives. Must say that Merion East just becomes better everytime I play it. My favorite hole is the very tough 5th, it's just so beautiful. Must play it again soon. Completely agree, it’s much better in the new game as it plays tough like real life, it’s good to see the old, short courses baring their teeth again! |

Second round: Solid golf - made a chip in and some nice longer putts. Game is really starting to get better for me now that my putting is there. 66% fairway and 33% GIR - but much better scrambling than the first round. Had a really good drive on the 18th only to find it slightly in the rough on the left side. That hole...  |

A comparatively disappointing Round 3 of +5. Started off well, -2 after 8 holes, then 3 bad holes on the way home bought me crashing down to earth!

I really enjoy the work doing older golf courses so glad to hear you enjoy playing them. Keep an eye out for Brookline over the next few weeks |

Third round: more solid golf with no big mistakes and overall good performance. 65% fairway and 50% GIR and solid putting. Had a few short pitches and sand shots that cost a couple of strokes.  |

Compared to how you were doing early in the season I think. It's amazing how this game gives a player the ups and downs like IRL. Yes last 2 weeks my game has been a bit off. Played pretty well at Augusta 3 weeks ago, was nice to break par there in the 3rd round and a 7th place finish. Need to pick up my game before everyone overtakes me so I need to get some practice in before next week's tournament. |

Round 4. A bit like my first round, looked like a massacre was on the cards after that front 9, but quite pleased with the battle back on the back 9. Definitely a course of two 9's, tough out, chances coming home.   |
