andersnm just doing some touchups on the course in preparations to port. I added the other 2 tees and yardage is very close. I could go back and fiddle with the tees and get it closer but not necessary I guess. I used the official PGA scorecard for the Black Tees. I pretty much have it where I want it. Might do a few more small touches. I really like how it plays for my skill level. IRL the PGA winners have averaged around -20 for the tournaments there. I have been shooting right at -5 a round so I'm right there lol. It's a shame that this course is a poor rendition of the real one. " alt=""] "]
Personally I don't give a toss what they think over there on TGCTours Wade, Anders and Paddy's review would be much more relevant to me. Also good to see how the scores will hold up here on USE next week, I am looking forward to playing it. I will post up a cross platform leaderboard. Your turn to host the write up of your course for week 55 👍

Had a round, and I must say Wade - Very good job! You have taken care of all my points, better pins (and also better greens) making this a much better experience, better planting and a great atmposphere on the course. The only thing I can nitpick on, is that you only have three tees. I had a look at the scorecard from El Camaleon, and they have 5 tees on the course in real life. When I plant the tees, I usualy use the scorecard and try to set the tees according to how they usualy are on the scorecard. It is not important to have exact yardages as they stand on the scorecard, because tees will be moved regurarly to allow the grass to grow again. I also use the same colors as they have on the scorecard. Thanks Anders for the great feedback! I almost did all the tees but I thought no one would use them. But it does make for a more authentic looking course. I did use the correct colors for the first 3 tee sets now I need to add the red and green tees. I might add the other tees before I port it to the new game. The 2019 pins you gave me really made a huge difference! I'm glad you enjoyed the course. I really liked how it finished up. Now if I can get booze to play it then I can see how bad he can shred it. lol Lol sorry I haven’t been on the board lately, I’ll definitely play it. I see it’s on the schedule upcoming, so that makes it easy!

I just know nothing about course design, I only complain when something is outrageous....like a putt going right in front on a hole and then rolling back 20 feet lol. Other than that, I just play what’s in front of me and have at it. I did genuinely have fun on your course though, I don’t recall anything at all that I didn’t like. I’m seriously in awe of how you guys make these courses!

The PGA plays the real course this Dec. 3-6th.

With this week's PGA event being in Mexico, El Camaleon. I decided to do a little work on the course. I will record the rounds starting Thursday and have a better reference to update the course. I plan on using the 2020 pin locations as well. I finally got the rough to work around the cave bunker on #7. It looks much better than before and it's original. Trying to figure out a way to lower the rocks to be flush and have the bunker still look like a cave. Might have to dig the hole deeper if I don't run into water.

To answer your "real question" there won't be any next projects from me. 🤙

Course name El Camaleon Golf Course. The one with less plays and a picture of the 18th fairway and clubhouse. I updated El Camaleon for USE. I used 2020 hole locations from the PGA Mayakoba Classic. After recording the tournament and using a newly released flyover of the course I was able to use that information on the course. mayakobagolfclassic.com/mayakoba/el-camaleon-golf-club/hole-by-hole/Port Royal Golf Course is also updated with 2020 hole locations from the PGA Bermuda Championship and ready for USE. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0patGe1Bz00

Thank you @pakalolo77, wimigbg and colly. It's nice to know that at least a few society members actually care.

My first 10 years were 12 hr. days (6pm-6am) 7 days a week. It was rough then, but it allowed me to retire at the age of 59, so it was worth it. My point was that it only takes about 15 seconds to read a post and put a like on it. I always try to do that for others. Sometimes it nice to show you have some class.

I understand Wade and I am sure everyone here appreciate the time you put into your courses. I have played Mauna Kea so many times and was chuffed to break par on default greens, really love the course. Aesthetics is a huge thing for me and that course really brings the Hawaiian beauty of the course into this game. Will be playing your courses over the Christmas holiday and will be sharing my views on them. I think everyone in our society should take a bit of time to play our members rcr's.

You know I care about your courses Wade - even if I forget to hit the like button. I also do not think you need to think or be concerned on how many here hit that like button anyway. I have not played your latest versions yet - but that is because I have priority on USE and USE extra rounds, and playing some other courses at the moment. I will ofcourse play your latest versions later.

When I don't hear from you, I feel you are not interested. I just need to stop being sensitive about it. Everyone has things going on in their lives and a video game should come after that. So I apologize to you and the society for my comments.
