Left a fair few out there, due to some silly decisions on the blind tee shots. Anyway, pretty happy with just the 1 bogey. I would of tied you if I didn't take an 11 on hole number 5. I'm pretty sure the math was lying to me on that hole. meyo did something to my game. I know it! |

TAN-20 @ Mauna Kea again had a new record members joining in at 24 players.  We welcome new member CFGib2. Good luck! A tight scoreboard this time with Horusphoenix picking up his 4th TAN-crown setting the pace with a 64 to win outright. Congratulations again! Second place is claimed by Mr Longpolex who closed one shot behind and a shared place for third for DonkeyPuncherBen, Colly45 and M Bel Trame with excellent 66's. Great playing gents! It looks like the smoke is lifting in TAN and strengths are starting to build up, looking at the scores in recent tournaments. Players are starting to zoom in on the ultimate level and this definitely shows in some very realistic scoring. Also, our new handicapped competition should prove interesting to see what the readjusted leaderboard will look like. Meanwhile, the TAN formula seems to work very nicely with much enjoyement for all. Results @ Mauna Kea:

Was next on my course, but forgot to copy scorecard. Hit 75 +3 started with a disaster ultra slow drive that went 50 yards right bounced through the rough ground and plopped into the water ended with a 7 on the hole.
Nearly said "shoot the designer" when I was 6 over after 5, but then I became able to get contro;;ed shot results and plodded away the rest of the round picking up 4 birdies and another bogey.
Also didn't realise that it is also my course on USE for the next 4 days, played the 1st round on there a bit better 4 over at the turn and 6 under on the back 9 leaning me 2 under for the round, will play 2nd round either tomorrow or Sunday on that society.
