Congrats to all you under par shooters @ Crystal - & a hearty BRAVO to DPBen with his award-winning approach shots in both rounds. That is a magnificent golfer's golf course from tee to green. AND TYTYTY to whoever chose not to make the rnd2 greens "FIRM&FAST" - MOD/MOD was wicked/scary @ Crystal in Rnd1 !!

Quite a short course and rough being shorter it encourages more aggressive approach play and punishes you if you don't hit the green in the right spots. Another gem from clv and a great pick and conditions from charles56 . |

9 years of TGC games an not 1 single albatross then 2 members do it on the same hole in round 1  , luckily I recorded Paddy's one. Really enjoyed the challenge this superb course gives, greens are tough, Augusta tough but it is designed by Alister MacKenzie who designed Augusta with Bobby Jones. P.S I do have 2 aces on consecutive par 3's in a USE tournament, now how many members can say they've done that  |

A superb tournament from Hendomedes who's -16 total on very challenging greens gives him a 6 stroke victory over DonkeyPuncherBen on-10, rac rac rac em has a fine 3rd place -9 finish in his first USE tournament. Low round were in both rounds by the champion with 2 excellent 62's.
