Do as the title suggests!
TPC@Six Lakes. You won't need to make the conditions very tough.
Royal Glenville (Ireland)
Conservatory West (Major)-sadistically tough with high winds

The course colly suggested that's basically an RCR, but I was too pompous to include in my season, because the designer has changed some things from the real course.
It's called Rosemount. Looks really nice!

I played mostly through all of the 32 WCoD courses over at TGC-tours, and I have a couple of other courses that can be recommended. I know Leon also have tried this: Hollingbourne by b101 is a very good realistic course. So this should be on the list. Also Pumbaa Ranch by stoneysooner is a good course for this format.
For the WCoD courses, I would like to recommend these: La Bombia Bluffs - the winner. Fisheye Bay Brookfield Landing TPC Badlands Edora Sands Golf Club Hallstatt North Golf Club Mulligan Quarry
All of these courses are very good for this format. My view on the rest, are mostly problems on the greens - many are very unrealistic (greens) with lots of severe false fronts etc. that will be very hard for USE. Some also have problems with sightlines from the tees and fairways with many blind shots.

I'm REALLY strict on my definition of "realistic," and I know some of those are what I'd call more "fantasy" courses, a lot of which I already "have" to play (yes, they DO force me to play them ) in other societies. But I will definitely give your society a go, just might not finish all of the tournaments.

2 more suggestions, and what I class as "realistic" would be hollingbourne by b101 and highgarden by cathalos.

I haven’t played this whole list yet, it’s just ones I’ve seen photos of and thought yeh, maybe we could look at that... I won’t arrange a tournament unless I know and have played the course. If we can keep the list going with fresh names then I can keep reviewing

If we can keep the list going with fresh names then I can keep reviewing I suggest you do the same as me and edit your first post, putting all the names in there, and then deleting when played. Easier to keep track that way... (You could also put "tested" in brackets after the name once you've done so.)

Just played a really nice course in a society: twin lights golf resort.
Quite a lot of eye candy, items placed around, buildings, farm, etc, but the course itself was simple and straight forward. No crazy elevations, nice tree lined fairways, decent variation, some good holes. Satisfying.
