colly , I love this course! Wish I could play it IRL, on a calm day lol. My friends dad played it 50 years ago when he was stationed in the UK. He has a picture framed with his scorecard. Pretty Cool.

Pretty Cool. . It’s a very special place Wade.Even if you don’t get to play the Old Course on a visit the atmosphere around the town is totally unique & one I wish every golfer could experience. |

Never forget some stories from an uncle from Dublin (who got me into golf in my teens) told me about his time on the Old Course. He hired a local caddie, on a par 3 he was about to hit a 7 iron but the caddie told him to hit a 8 iron and he hit his approach to 3 foot. He was playing in a team matchplay event and his partner asked for some advice on a putt and the caddie replied 'I caddie for this man'  |
