You should ofcourse do as you want Wade - but I do not understand why you need a society to do this. If I would want to do a solo season, I would use Excel or Google sheets or some other spreadsheet to keep track of my scores and play local match in the game. There are also people who have made season on sheets with random scores for players on the Tours that can be used for any golf game. On the most complex sheets, you can actually enter hole scores on the round, and the sheet will give hole scores for your competing players. If you have a dual screen, you can have the game on one screen, and the sheet on the next - thus easy to play and enter scores as you play. Actually Anders, I had considered using a spreadsheet. But it would be too much work to track all my stats after each round. The society will do that for me. At least I believe it does. It is just time to do something different. Each to their own Wade, at least you were competitive here I doubt you'll find that with TST. Also if you like the no marker setup it is a bit of a slap in the face to have to use marker for TST. Anyway I wish you the best of luck, you played every tournament in season 3, I haven't forgotten that. You are always welcome here mate.

Solid first round - only one mistake.

All, just fyi, yesterday I deleted the Pro Tour for the PS system. The members that played on there were notified privately. I had to do this to create a solo society to play the PGA schedule and compare my scores against the PGA Tour players IRL. I have also decided to play on TGC Tours CC and TST. I was not aware that one could delete a society once created - that must be new or was added via patch - in the past - once you created the society - it was there for good.

As you are Admin of PS4 Master Tour Mark. It might be possible for me to leave it and create another PlayStation Pro Tour society. I will have a look into it.

No, you can't delete a society once you create it. Delete was a poor choice of words on my part. I should have said discontinued. You can rename it and change the difficulty settings. You also can't leave a society if you are assigned as an admin. You have to be removed from admin first before it allows you to leave. Another issue, if you have members in your society and they don't voluntarily leave the society. You have ban them. I don't like this because to me it seems harsh. Once all players have left or banned then you can make a closed society (private). I can't start my closed society until the current event ends on Saturday night. Then I can end the season and start a new one. I had no idea there was so much interest in a Pro Tour Society on PS. It seemed like no one wanted to play and I was having a rough time going back and forth from Pro to Master.

I think it just takes a bit of time for interest to build up again as we lost a lot of people because of the swing tweaks. We are starting to get interest in the master society on Xbox with two more XBox members joining. I think I have a way round creating another PS Pro Tour society thanks to SkyBlueBen. I can create another PS4 account so I can set up another society and then add myself and Mark as admin when it's created.

colly Leon I have created USE Pro Tour, send in your member requests and I'll accept them. Mark I'll add you and I as admin, I set up the Genesis Invitational to finish Sunday but forgot to change society difficulty till after I set it. It is possible to change these settings back to USE settings when you start the tournament.

Sorry to say, but my controller has broken down. Tried to play a couple of rounds, but it is completely loose .. Should have stopped and not played on the Pro Tour, but well.. stupid me keep on playing to see if it is just a case that will fix itself, but it kept getting worse. Sorry Paul, but no competition from me. Hopefully I will get a new controller so I manage to complete the rounds before it ends as the one I have now is completely unplayable. These kind of things makes me miss the 3 click swing so much. No controller problems, all the same for everyone with any kind of hardware etc. Oh well, that is most likely not going to show up in any golf game any time soon.

Sorry to hear that Anders, I do recommend a DS4 but if you want to stick to Xbox controllers the Series X is excellent.

Round 4 was pretty rubbish tbh, a few mistakes and nothing would drop for birdie.

So not going to buy one of those again. I connected my old Xbox One and tried it for a bit - impossible to play with though the swingplane is much straighter than I had with the Wolverine - but tempo all on the fast to very fast, almost nothing but red. Tried to calibrate - no effect on that with that controller. All these things with different controllers etc - 3 click was so much better overall, no doubt about it.

This is my view on it, the only controller worth playing on this game is the DS4 for me. To me Xbox controllers feel a bit random at times tempo wise. The Series X controller is quite easy for me to hit a straight swing plane, maybe a bit too easy for my liking where the DS4 I need to concentrate but I like the fact I have push and pull shots now and again.

I've managed to repair my controller So played better, but made a few mistakes in the fourth round that was costly. Very impressive by paddyjk19 in the fourth round. But most important - I managed to beat hammers1man by 1 stroke.
