Round 1 and a little windy. It did not matter if I hit a good or not so good approach, it seemed I always got a birdie putt over 40 feet. And misread several of them as well. That gave a 76 and make appreciate round 1 @sirwade more. And I got a feeling we were putting on raw lidar greens. Not that it made my putting worse, I did that myself.   |

Round 2 and that could be the strangest round I ever played and the scorecard shows that. Could not putt, could not pitch but holed a few long putts and holed a pitch for eagle on 17. Never had 2 eagles in a round before I think. Finished +2.  It says Chip in eagle, but it is a pitch in eagle. Sorry... |

Maybe PC Players could just play Sheringham this week then Goswick next week.I could set up another thread for scores & declare winners in 2 weeks ? Leave it up to you paul.   Probably all for naught, but decided just to play the Linksland rounds setup for the PC. Best round with the new swing and striking that driver well again. Missed three 8 foot putts Most likely need to head to bed for some sleep as my first day back in the kitchen is tomorrow at my regular hotel property since March '20. Don't want to let this swing feel go away 🤣 |
