Royal Portrush 148th open As this is Mark's project and he has been asking for links courses on USE for a long time I am looking forward to playing his schedule as links golf is his passion in the game. The Open is my favourite golf tournament every year so this will be fun for me. |

I know Formby quite well having walked round it many times watching elite amateur golf & also being lucky enough to have played it a couple of times & I have to say it was a lot of fun to play a video game version of it.Also really enjoying having to get creative around the greens without having the get out of jail shot (splash). Used a 5 iron for a chip up the big slope on the 8th green in the 2nd round,great fun.Hope whoever gets to play this week enjoys it as much as I did 😁

Mark I felt the rollout info for club a bit of an aid. I know it's possible the put this all down on paper but I like to play a bit by feel and that does give me a bit too much info for my liking. What do you think? |

I don't know if it adjusts for this or not. Yes I know Wade so it doesn't really need to be there, also we don't use it for USE. I know my carry distances irl, who actually knows their precise roll out from that on a flat lie. Makes it all a bit gamey and maths imo. |
